IMO the market will test the 8000 level on the DOW several times until news of a turnaround in the economy. This is the second time we'll get close - likely close around 8000-8200 today and below 8000 tomorrow. Stand by for another rally shortly after followed by another test at 8000.
Likely to happen several times before we see daylight.
For those with guts a buy tomorrow or Wednesday in the right stock may pay handsome dividends for the short-term, though I wouldn't be buying for the long-term just yet unless the price is irresistible (eg. BHP below $20).
