This report says WA has volunteered to reimburse, not that Twiggy didn't pay (not that any report about anything nowadays is reliable):

There are some other interesting reports:
Netherlands becomes latest country to reject China-made coronavirus test kits, gear
"The Netherlands is the latest country to reject China-made coronavirus testing kits and other protective gear, calling the items substandard and raising serious questions about the quality of the supplies Beijing is selling to the world."
Britain joins growing chorus of countries furious with China's faulty coronavirus equipment
"Britain has become the latest country to cry foul about the quality of China's coronavirus test kits and equipment after the ones the country purchased were deemed too unreliable."
Virus Test Kits Contaminated With Virus; China Folds in Narrative War
"Traces of the new coronavirus, the CCP Virus, were found on virus test kits being shipped to the UK from China, adding to a growing list of concerns about the safety and reliability of medical supplies being sent abroad from China.
And the Chinese regime has allegedly agreed to reduce its disinformation push meant to change perspectives on the origin of the virus, and how it spread."

    And finally ...
