That's harsh Oooger. I would have been more happy if it turned out better for share holders. If what the ASX alleges is true, how can shareholders be at fault for basing their buy decisions on information that did not meet ASX listing rules? I agree with all your * points but I sympathise with shareholders who relied on publicly available information to inform their investment decisions.

Be it NSX or ISX...JK & co are fraud, not trust worthy & hence its a sell...don’t know whether I would be able to get my money back ever but happy to get it back whatever left If it trades again.
