Having said all that, if this financial crisis continues over a no. of yrs, are they going to finance beibu or the heavy oil in angola thru debt or cashflows??? At current poo prices & current state of debt & equity markets, one would think they are wasting money drilling appraisals on massambala at the moment, etc
