    Its a known requirement as part of listing on exchanges that all companies are obliged to provide appropriate disclosures to the market (the ASX requires all directors to acknowledge they are aware of these rules).

    Absolutely no excuse for the whole board to miss such a critical disclosure considering it comes every quarter.

    Wonder how LNG responds to this - absolutely no excuse for this oversight
