...mmm....'There wouldn’t have the epic loss of value, the class actions, or the ASIC charges if there wasn’t a case to answer'... well the share is ~300% up since IPO...so, I don't see any epic loss in value....the only people that loss money are the ones that did not read the black & white IPO documents...which reminded everyone in plain English, that they are playing Russian Roulette when investing in GSW... high risk with no guarantees ... especially the one IPO paragraph which states something like 'all of the announced contracts are non-binding and may never crystallize any future cash to the company ....or something in that line...

....but hey....don't want to sound 'sanctimonious' again... so I will let the judge teach you guys this important life lesson in the very near future.... as they say “a fool and his money are soon parted”...
