Bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the Internet. In this case, for repetive trades when certain criteria are met.
In this case, it seems like a repetitive trade every 5-6 minutes, capping the price at 19.5, but accumulating. I think the larger insto's do this without incurring brokerage so the size of the trade, no matter how small, is not an issue.
I read into it as being good as someone wants to accumulate slowly and cheaply before the next price surge.
