even though your a hawks fan (my son contiues to run around in his guernsey and hat)
I tend to agree but i also think bridge baron is on the money re market sentiment and dollars needing to come through the door to start that run.

If anyone is interested it would appear our 2million sale straight after the updtae was the 2 mill that has been sitting at 2.2 for ages.
So they were never in it for the long haul.
