One thing people might be forgetting - American unemployment benefits are not forever. I googled it and employment insurance can be as high as 6 months but as low as 10 weeks.
Very different system ro Australia. In my opinion this life span of the benefit will influence people behaviour - ie save like mad rather than spend. It means the USA V recovery is just fantasy.
