What are the banks going to do?

How are they going to wind it up?

How would they split the assets?

Who would the assets be sold to?

These are all complex questions and ones that the employees at the banks don't want to find the answers for.

The banks aren't some evil empire. They are organisations staffed with regular people.

At this stage IMO it is less risky to allow CNP to keep going for the banks than it is for them to split them up.

If they miss payments, they can split them up whenever they want to, but at the moment they are getting paid over the odds for the debt.

    There's life in there yet.
