They recently did a capital raising for $2.5B at a price of $29/share. The insitutional bookbuild was bid up in excess of $38/share.
How did you work out that WES had a negative NTA?
I was of the belief that it was massively positive (above current market price). Given their balance sheet and yearly profits in excess of $1B, I wouldn't expect capital raisings anytime soon or any struggle paying off their debt.
