    Please provide the quote where the Judge states the SOR is inaccurate?

    She is saying that even though ISX believe it to be inaccurate, that's not a reason to approve the injunction as the ASX SOR gives ISX ability to respond to it and provide whatever it sees fit to defend

    Then ASX can retract, revise, etc if it sees fit to do so
