I hhave read it. Explain why Cne COO clearly didn't know, in September, that the cost was 4.2 billion not sub 3 as he quoted in the transcript? The Jv had no choice but to vote it through. The lease was about to expire and Wpl double gold plated the cost to shaft the Jv partners but more specifically FAR.
Like you say it's business and FAR management gave them the reasons to do it but I don't understand why anyone, especially Wpl holders, would defend a 450 million extra spend.
Maybe PaulPaul Maryland needs to read the Joa. Clearly he didn't know.
