something to look over. How to even go about poaching new BOD. Interm management would fall to who? Could end up sinking the ship. Need to consider correct course of action and not be too hasty.
Have no doubt companies (maybe not all) do read these threads. So would need to do further discussion offline and vet who is there for insiders.
Need 5%, which is say 35 to 36 million shares.
So example at current price. $5k gets 1.666M shares, $10k 3.333M shares.
