You've confused a theoretical long run price with the here and now. The alloy cost curve has little shape and demand is soft, there isn't a massive price upswing coming as there isn't a rash of new high capital builds as the demand isnt't there. Which is exactly why other people are shutting their furnaces.
And absolutely the debt is an issue, your market cap (or lack of it) compared to the debt is staring you right in the face.
This stock is down 80% in a little more than a year, at current financials it could get even worse.
