Your right, it's wasted over there. BDG have had 100's of $millions and can't even produce 50,000oz/pa. Incredible really for a company that was aiming at 600,000oz/pa. :)
I really do think that at least a few Victorian gold miners need to amalgamate. Reduce administration burn. They could then prioritise and spend the cash on the most promising gold field. Then build from there.
MCO has promise, I've never disputed that. However, they need more money.
In my opinion, we are more likely to see joint ventures in this environment than takeovers.
