....go and re-read the IPO documents, especially the risk section & business model... and then go and re-read all of these announcements....

...hopefully, you will see what GSW's defence team is seeing before the willingness to jeopardize their 99% success track record ...especially words like:

    • 'could generate'...
    • 'once fully implemented'....
    • 'once fully captured'....
    • 'expects to'....
    • 'this agreement may generate is currently not determinable'...
    • 'will potentially yield in excess of 1.15 Billion'....etc...

...no guarantees....no-one ever said it will without any caveat/ risks.... this is all encapsulated by the business model risk...which was also spelled out in clear English...

The grey area is whether they should have updated the market on the progress/status of these announcements... and based on business model... and ASX rules... this is only required if these contracts were deemed material... none of these eventually generated revenue based on the business model... so hence....no material impact....part of execution risks.... hence...no obligation to disclose...

....anyway.....let's wait to see how these legal semantics will play out...

...BUT everyone with a little bit of business acumen (or married ) are aware of the bottom line of this following parable (or derivative of it) ... ostensibly appropriate to people still not fathoming the difference between cause, effect...dependencies.... controllable risks...chance and eventual outcomes:

....A fly flies back and forth over a river repeatedly, dropping five inches each time. A fish sees it and decides it will jump and catch it when it drops.A bear sees the fish and decides it will get the fish when it jumps.A hunter with a cheese sandwich in his pocket sees the bear and waits for it to go for the fish to shoot it.A mouse sees the cheese sandwich and decides to wait for the hunter to shoot so that the sandwich will fall and he can get it.A cat sees the mouse and decides to wait for it to go for the sandwich to jump and catch it.So, the fly drops, the fish jumps, the bear goes for it, the hunter shoots, the sandwich falls, the mouse goes for it, and the cat jumps, but he misses and goes into the water....

Moral of the story: It seems a lot of things have to happen before the 'pussy' eventually gets wet... or before a new high risk start-up are crystallizing million of cash for their investors.... and valued ~$800M ($4.00/share)...

    ...still my two cents....
