I understand where you're coming from - I feel diluted as well - but these are unique circumstances. Everyday some new information and analysis adds to my growing sense of alarm about where the Australian and world economy is headed .... it's truly on the pathway to the second Greater Depression. For me this means there's an absolute imperative to have adequate cash reserves, and to be only exposed to the share market in an an up-trending sector (gold) and to only in companies that are likely to have near term SP rerating .... RED is the most outstanding undervalued company with a near term rerate imminent. Hence I'm willing to suffer the short term dilution for the certainty of a fully funded FFS and early plant development. I have had my attention drawn to a number of other goldies with exciting long term prospects .... but I've come to be very wary of long term predictions. The solution means that SP targets have been lowered, but if RED's SP gets yo 60c that will be a 3 bagger from here, and in a seriously depressed world that will be more than adequate for moi. You posted at 02:39 .... I hope this donate imply insomnia - RED's prospects helps me sleep at night. After the allocation of the second tranche, there may be a further period of volatility but this will be very much in an up trend once the big milestone achievements are announced .... hang tough, instead of RED you could be holding bank stocks and sitting on 30-50% losses, plus the loss of the precious dividends plus the prospect of further downgrades if the worst case scenario for loan defaults eventuates.
