Obviously the Jack hills asset is worth something to the directors of MMX otherwise they wouldn't be fighting the legal case. You have watched MMX deteriorate from $2 whilst we are just sitting back and watching this story unfold right into our hands.
How about you read up on the ASX rules before you start mentioning lack of disclosure.
