Following today’s update Cannvalate have invested $980,000 total and own 32 million IHL shares.
In order to exercise the remaining options Cannvalate would need to invest a further $9,120,000 and the last series has an exercise price of 14c.
If one or more of these 4 clinical trials are successful they are going to make a significant amount of money with this equity.
