This thread is crazy. CNE guy was talking CAPEX. The cost of the FPSO was excluded coz it was a lease rate in OPEX. And the lease rate would have been massive coz 65% of JV isn’t credit worthy. So Woody proposed buying the FPSO. That increased the CAPEX and reduced the OPEX. It probably increased the NPV as well. JV approved the plan to move money from OPEX to CAPEX. It’s wrong to say costs went up by 40%.
