You have to ask yourself, why can’t ISX answer the questions asked by ASX! What is stopping them from answering questions posed by ASX letter 20.12.19.
ISX needs to fully inform the market and will not be allowed to trade until they have done so. 7 months suspension and they do not seem able to comply.
Why is ISX also telling the market that upon satisfying written directions by ASX together with voluntary escrow of milestone performance shares the ASX will then allow ISX to recommence trading of securities? ASX has clearly said this is untrue. People here have been hanging their hats on the fact that ISX will simply comply with ASX written directions and we will commence trading as we were informed by ISX.
There are many good people here that defend ISX to the last ounce of blood but seriously we don’t have a chance of ever trading whilst the market remains uninformed. There is only one way this can be solved and that’s to provide ASX with the information required. Until then we will stay suspended until eventual de-listing which is 2 years after the initial suspension.
I have changed my sentiment to sell and can no longer see ISX trading again! I hope for all our sakes I’m wrong and ISX can provide what’s required but after 7 months it’s not looking promising.
