From what I can see a 1 for 30 reconsruction or similar is a must, which would then result in approx 209m shares on issue post reconstruction.

Based on the last sale price of .001c per share - at a time when the Company had very little - the 209m shares on issue under a 1 for 30 reconstruction for example could cap the Company at circa $6m or 3c per share - all things being equal.

Initially this is probably uinlikely, as I would expect there would be plenty of selling pressure on a relisting that would test the SP since numerous people would likely want to get some cash back at any price...

However once that is over, depending on whether Barkly is the real deal or not and subject to further positive drilling data being proven, then the stock would likely have some legs.

Being reasonably tightly held, a fresh cap raise could then be offered which would likely have the backing of share holders and underwriters.

To us mere outsiders, it seems the Board is having difficulty in bringing sufficient additional "new money" into the Company which is probably causing angst between it, the ASX and a subsequent relisting.

This Company could still be a goer if the Barkly gold/copper comes up with further strong results.

Time will tell but it needs a couple of "supporters" who are willing to put dollars where their mouth is to fix the current impasse IMO.

Maybe they are waiting on further drilling results but that will not come without having the cash for further drilling - that is the problem as I see it.

In the interim we wait and wait .....
