so you havnt actually signed anything physically?
ie: signed and faxed anything??
i find this difficult to believe a bank would do this actually...
if thats the case and you havnt signed on the dotted line you may have a strong case.
if though you have signed or had someone in oz acting on your behalf then thats a different story.
