You tell me it is ironic that I reply but then I argue, then here is what you say;

"it’s frustrating arguing with someone that has a preconceived agenda." and then you say "Anyway" and you want to "move on", ummm, only AFTER you say what you like to say, which only you would called it BS if I said that! That is irony if not hypocritical, ...., not it is oxymoron or self-contradictory at best!

And since you "asked", I don't have a pre-conceived agenda, but my opinion (call it agenda if you like) WAS conceivED in the last 12 months as a result of doing of the management.
