yes american housing is different to Australian housing, Australian housing is double the price of an American house.
So... how does that argument support your claim? if AU housing is more over valued would it not have more room to fall?
as for inflating the price 30%, if housing is going to go up from here then 30% in the next couple of years is to be expected.. my point is, people cant afford it!
