Meteor, I am also unfamiliar with such a phrase when a company is looking for additional capital.
It does give the impression that a deal is afoot and someone is about to join our register or increase their holding via a placement.
No surprise really when we consider that SGQ is about to embark on its "do" or "die" drilling program.
