Sure, but it is a point-in-time calculation you are making.
If you'd invested that $1m on Thursday (i.e. 3 trading days ago) @ $12.20 then you would own 81,967 shares or thereabouts. Currently worth about $896k.
Not so sure the bank would be happy with loaning that sort of money to just anyone when the risk of a 10% loss of capital in a couple of days is real.
