If you are going to change it Nicky the costs just changed today with CBA fixed loans as CBA dropping rates tomorrow.
I got a figure last friday for $4200 and $13085 to do the same thing with under 2 years left fixed just now. The amount the reinvestment interest rate has dropped rapidly since last week is the cause they told me, not what the variable rate is.
If I wanted to change just a email would do no signature required. This was half a hour ago.
