The board taking a 50% cut in remuneration. Good to see a board with the shareholders best interests at heart. Two of the board have only just taken on the roles as well. Well done board.
More importantly the options have been repriced and now have a 2 year term. This really is a loyalty bonus for shareholders. I expect this will help the share price along as the record date is not until June. Again, well done board.
