    Yes totally agree. Centro went into their asset sales with alot of arrogance with their want to retain management rights. We all took it as confidence in their ability to sell centres. However we really can't fully understand the commerical property market. Im sure they would have been advised not to do it as well. They also refused to break it down into smaller sales wanting to parcel all the centres together. I believe this was single handidly the most costly decision to us.

    Along with Andrews scott decision not to roll over 1.3 Bil in debit when it was offered in jan because he thought the price was too high!!! how much would 1.3 billion not being on the list of debt needing to be refinance help now!!! sure scott is gone but im sure it was a single persons decision!
