1) looking for 9m shares at 27c to Solana (2007 annual accounts debt waiver)
2) issue 28m shares at 30c (in escrow - great outcome)
3) issues options to directors exersizable at 50c (what a joke, no wander they have been keeping the price down with lack of announcments)
