Having rejected the original COE offer of $ 1.32 as woefully inadequate they are now refering both bids back to their assesors to work out if there may be some merit in the latest $1.05 bid along side COE's offer.

Why not just come straight out and state that the last offer of $ 1.05 is insulting and not worth of consideration.

After some time has passed I am sure their "valuer" will come out with that conclusion.

Eats up some time I suppose.

Glad to have exited for .97 and I'll be forever grateful to COE otherwise this would be trading on 50c in todays market and I would be sitting on a massive loss.

If the price does fall away once the offer expires .. as most anticipate.. I'll consider buying back in the 60's.
