This is how I see it.
There's in excess of 10+ field tests, it takes ONE and the SP will explode.
Oil Production Lines have been slowed, prices rising, in 60 days we should still see prices rising. The cost fo recovering Shale Oil in the U.S is like $38 a barrel. Then you have Russia which is around $18.90 a barrel, and finally, Saudi which is like $8.98. It actually plays a huge part when prices are low for costs to get reduced as margins are tiny. If the price of oil was said $80-90 a barrel, then why would oil companies want to save money
