it's hard to believe ppl are selling out of cooper at .26 cents when they are in the box seat and in my opinion are an even bet chance of being taken over themselves when the dust settles.
if trans was 'serious' about their offer for ipm, they would sit tight and let cooper do all the hard work and get a majority stake.
coopers price wont be going anywhere anytime soon, so if i was trans, i'd be making a play for cooper in 3-4 months - kill two birds with one stone
