I have been swayed by the recruitment of Nigel Lange.
This guy was a key executive for Sirtex for a long time, and drove the company's revenues and organisation through the heady days.
The fact that he's moving from Sirtex European CEO (effectively) to Oncosil is a significant validation of the company.
If he thinks it has potential, and he will have looked deep inside the company, then you have some reason to be confident.
