I think there's also a liquidity problem with the stock - if you look at the daily dollar value of trades it's often less than $1m, except for on the odd day when there's a big move - that sort of liquidity is likely too small for instos to invest any meaningful amount, or to be able to take it out when they need without crashing the price a bit. I really hope the company does something about this soon - whether it's a dual-listing in the US or something I don't know, but I feel the stock could be heavily constrained until this gets sorted.
