Ukraine will probably exit ferroalloys. Their eldctricity cost is rising fast. The reason it used to be low was bexause the government subsidized it. Because of the subsidies there wasnt enough investment into the power grid. Theyve been liberalizing. Which will probably move electricity prices higher.
