MM............don't go writing something into the future of KRR which not be necessary such as a JV Partner.

With 412,867,511 Options exercised at 0.12c = $49.5 Mil in cash raised to KRR,

This would change the outlook dramatically. If memory serves me correct we need $16 mil to complete the next DFS stage.
KRR was looking at going 50/50 with a JV Partner so we only had to find $8 mil.
$50 Million cash in hand would make a big difference to all that.

So wait until it is positive that we need a JV Partner to carry on with the DFS first. We may not.

Any this kind of funding would bring spare cash for the Gold Drilling we would like to continue carrying out also.

Pilot Plants used to be built for a specific companies Project.
Now days they are already built and you just lease them for a testing period also. Our modular system would benefit from this too.

I am getting the feeling the true potential and wealth of KRR SSM Project is being recognised and watching the trading today and SP would seem to possibly support this feeling.

Getting those Options into the money and exercised could be answer to all Stakeholders dreams!

So ..........MM .....don't go forecasting a JV Partner is a requirement yet. It was only necessary when we had a $900 Mil CAPEX back before in the Vanadium days before KRR changed to HPA production and a very much lower CAPEX ! (+- 300 Mil odd?)
Now we most likely do not need a JV Partner at all. Time will tell.

And this folks is what I believe some in the Market have realized and see where we could be headed.
