Who or what is a Peter Ker and why should we - or FMG care?
I'm assuming he is the guy that writes for the AFR, who - if I was ASIC would be my first point of investigation. It's amazing sometimes what the AFR publishes - only to retract a few days later once share prices have risen or dropped on the 'news'. I do wonder sometimes who may stand to make money from those sorts of moves - but of course wouldn't want to throw around unsubstantiated allegations.
