It sounds like they are buying the equipment and plant that makes candy to essentially use it to make supercubes bars etc. I highly doubt you will see anything to do with Ausconfec again so doesn't really matter what business it was before as the Ausconfec name will get shutdown immediately and will just be another factory under the Halo brand. So in other words I just expect this plant to only churn out health bars and the likes. No candy.
