I suspect Keytone dairy was never the the play.
Dairy and Milk etc and China is the sell to raise and fleece SH. Money used for Omniblend bailout and acquisition, then Keytone Management in NZ removed and Omniblend running the company with Bergen at the helm. Robert Clisdell is a Non ExDirector of Keytone, also and authorised rep for Pinnacle Securities and Bergen asset management, Keytone is Controlled from funding, to trading and Executive input on Bergen behalf down the whole stream. Interesting how this will play out when shares our of escrow in July??
