Your last line is the telling sign of the future of this once a lucky country we were, our skill levels have diminished to the point where we are losing the skill of tool making and manufacturing from a forging point to heat treatment facilities which are now few and far between to basic fabrication apart from serious tool making and home grown production, I have a large client that is still manufacturing and forging playing on the world stage, unfortunately the young of this country are very reluctant to get their hands dirty and want the big fancy house and lavish car, all sitting at an office desk!
