The ASX has suggested that the revenue figures posted to earn the Perf shares from the key contracts may have been orchestrated for the sole purpose of earning the PS. It does not matter if this is true or false. What matters is whether ASIC believe there is enough evidence to prosecute a case. To those who say there is no evidence - you are wrong, however the evidence at this stage looks only circumstantial. To those who say "guilty" I say how can ASIC reach the burden of proof? It is not so simple.

Simples. If ASIC do not have enough evidence to prosecute, this can trade again. If it does have enough evidence.............

We just don't know.

I suggest the ASX should make suggestions about every company on the bourse and suspend them all...

It’s ok to trade on the ASX when ASIC and APRA say you are facilitating peodophiles, but best suspend a company because we suggest maybe revenue was not stated correctly...

WTF do you believe what you say, I suggest you have a good think...
