You have to differentiate between personal advice where the advice giver is fully informed about your personal financial circumstances, risk appetite, age, etc and has taken those into account before making any specific recommendation to you. This is accompanied by a written statement of advice. Anything else is general advice or opinion. Especially any opinion you get from a chat forum such as HC where you don't even know the name or credentials of the people posting comments. You are not a client of KOOEE unless you are paying him/her for that financial advice. You have zero basis for claiming any potential losses from anyone posting their views on HC. Any mug can post stuff on HC on any stock with no factual basis at all. Happens all the time. That's the nature of a chat site like HC. A point was raised before by another poster asking if you would be willing to share any profits you might have made by following their comments. Thought not.
