I know for many here, especially new members, its a depressing time. I myself only joined the share market 6 months ago. Got some cash in the bank and not happy with the interest rate so I decided to dip my toe in the water. Some of my friends are experienced investors whom became very rich and I envy them. Too lazy to do research, I asked them if they could tell me what to buy and when to buy/sell. They denied and said I should make my own decision, they can only help me to analyze the information, remove the noises and give advices. They also said I should download a simulation app and try it for a couple of months first before using real money. Being impatient and greedy watching the market kept on rising. I jumped in straight away and immediately suffered devastated impact.

It does not matter how many times I tried to train my brain to be patient and not letting emotions to take over. Some lesions are only learnt the hard way. One of my biggest mistake is to sell MSB at its bottom. Believed in its core value after my extensive research, I heavily invested at 2.1. Then shocked to see the price fell to 1.1, went on HC and saw all the negative views. The media also said stocks would fall further and cut loss is a must. Asked friends, friends said I should know the difference between the SP and the true value. Still, could not bear with the pain seeing the SP falling everyday, I pressed the sell button.
Another mistake I made is to buy the hype not the value. RML made only one hole, without any assay to prove that it's another POGO but I got carried away too much by the hype and later got destroyed.
Good thing some other patient investments did bear fruit and helped me not only recover but also increase my capital.
Now, after consulting with friends/brokers and did my own research, I decided to be with TSO for the long run. True value & low risk.
