But bauxite is a low value commodity by comparison and Rio are now exporting bauxite from Cape York too. So there is downward pressure on the price. My research suggests we could get a premium on our Mn concentrate because it is a clean (leached) ore which few mines in the world could match. We only need one interested party to help us get up and running. There are plenty of players. The Japanese have always been good long-term partners.
