You could be right. The AREH shows " the proposed cable route " on it's website but that's about it.

It's webpage certainly does suggest that it is more about hydrogen than electricity export. Especially when compared to the Sun Cable project webpage.

That said, have a listen to this podcast about green hydrogen exports if you have the time. Electricity export might be the better option.
