It will be interesting to see if this finding that Pell aided and abetted child rape will lead to any charges against him. If it does, could his previous period of incarceration be used as the basis for a discounted sentence if found guilty of an offence in this regard? Will Pell's friends in the media, perhaps not finding child rape as offensive as the rest of us do, grant him any further soft interviews on Sky News? Or is the conduct Pell has been found to have engaged in below even their tawdry standards?
