for those with dicker data shares in a super fund it is advantageous as they get tax credits. Those individuals paying less than 30% tax also gain and those who have a tax rate greater than 30% should be able to cap the tax rate at 30% through use of company /trust structure so if market is truly efficient then David’s 100% payment policy should advantage some and disadvantage none.
I wonder what the cost of raising was as a % if finds raised.
also, I think they want the free float. Free float teaching critical mass could have an impact on the share price.
